Instead, you can be confident that you are getting a professional, experienced storyteller that is fully focused on capturing YOUR unforgettable event!
Simply Birth Chapter
Once you book with Seek Studios, we will have a pre-birth consultation to get to know you and your family. We will then be on call for 14 days before and after the due date, ready to be a part of your birthing team. Expect us to be present with you during labor and delivery to capture those amazing moments that tell the whole story, not just pictures of baby after birth. Then, after the birth we will stick around for a couple hours to capture all those firsts of baby and family. After the Birth, you

Digital copies of the best proofs.

Two First Look photos. These will be edited digital images, within 24 hours after the birth, to share with family and friends on social media.

Your finished story in a video of the best proofs. This video will be yours to keep and share with friends and family.
Birth and Baby Chapter
With this chapter, be expected to receive all of the support that is included in the Simply Birth Chapter. In addition to this, you add chapters that help tell the entire birth story with the First Year Narrative . In the First Year Narrative you have the option to choose 4 photo sessions that will best capture your story.

First 48 Chapter
First 24 to 48 hours after the birth
What is first 48?? Well, maybe you don't want someone present to photograph the birth of your child but you do want to capture some of those special firsts with family and friends within the first 24 to 48 hours. Then this chapter might be best for you. It is a 90-minute lifestyle session that can either be at the hospital/birthing center or in your home. This chapter just focuses on those special moments snuggling with mom or dad, the first time nursing, seeing the siblings for the first-time, meeting extended family and all those unforgettable shots of baby that you will cherish forever. The time at which I come is determined by you.
FAQ on Birth Photography
Do you take pictures of the actual birth? What if I don't want pictures of me exposed?

After consulting with you, we will determine what you are most comfortable with and go over your desires for your birth space. We aren't just coming to take pictures of the actual birth, our desire is for you to feel comfortable with us capturing the whole story, whatever that looks like for you and your family.
What if you don't make it to the birth in time?

If we are on call, we will do everything in our power to be at your birth. Also, if there is an emergency, we will arrange a back-up photographer that you will meet ahead of time. For First 48 sessions, the time in which we arrive will be determined in our initial consultation.
What if I have a C-Section, can I still have my birth photographed?

For a planned C-Section, we will consult ahead of time with the Doctor and Hospital to determine if we have the approval to be present during the C-Section. If it is an emergency C-Section, each birth is unique and there is no guarantee.
How much does it cost for birth photography?

For us it is important that we are available to you when you need us and that we stay to capture all the important moments in this milestone event. We know that each person's needs and budget is different.
